How Are Car Magnets Made?

Production starts with preparing the shape of the magnet. Once the base is cut, UV printing is applied — delivering a rich, detailed image with excellent resistance to moisture, sunlight, and daily use.

Magnets can be made in standard or custom shapes depending on the design and client requirements.

3D Chevrons on a Magnetic Base

In addition to classic flat magnets, we also produce 3D chevrons on a magnetic base. In this version, a standard PVC chevron is used, but instead of a velcro backing, a magnet is attached to the reverse side.

The production process includes:

Manufacturing the PVC chevron
Attaching the chevron to the magnetic base

This option provides a more voluminous and striking appearance compared to a standard printed magnet.
