REVIEW PUBLICATION RULES
on the website www.belement.net

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Rules form an integral part of the User Agreement of the website www.belement.net and set out the procedure for posting reviews of products and service.
1.2. By posting a review, the User confirms agreement with these Rules.
1.3. Reviews reflect the subjective opinion of their authors and do not represent the position of the Operator.
2. Who May Post a Review
2.1. A review of a product may be posted by a User who placed an order for that product via the Website.
2.2. The Operator has the right to require proof of purchase and may decline to publish a review until such proof is provided.
3. Requirements for Review Content
3.1. A review must relate to the product, its properties, or the service, and must contain accurate information.
3.2. Reviews must be written in the state language.
3.3. Reviews may not contain: profanity, insults, threats, or incitement to violence; discriminatory statements; personal data of third parties; links to external resources or advertising; information constituting a trade secret; or false statements about the product or the Operator.
3.4. A review may not contain demands or claims that are subject to review under consumer protection law. Such claims must instead be submitted through the claims procedure specified on the product page.
4. Unfair Practices
4.1. Posting paid or fabricated reviews, artificially raising or lowering ratings, and posting reviews under another person's name are prohibited.
4.2. Posting reviews by persons engaged in competing activity against the Operator, for the purpose of damaging its business reputation, is prohibited.
5. Moderation
5.1. The Operator has the right to review submissions for compliance with these Rules both before and after publication.
5.2. The review period is up to 3 business days from the date of submission.
5.3. The Operator is not obligated to explain a refusal to publish a review.
6. Removal of Reviews
6.1. The Operator has the right to remove a review that does not comply with these Rules without prior notice to its author.
6.2. A person referred to in a review has the right to submit a reasoned request to the Operator for its removal, specifying which provisions of these Rules were violated.
6.3. The Operator reviews such a request within 5 business days and notifies the claimant of the outcome.
6.4. Disagreement with a product rating alone is not grounds for removing a review.
7. Rights to the Review
7.1. By posting a review, its author grants the Operator a free, non-exclusive right to use it on the Website and in the Website's promotional materials, without any obligation to report on such use.
7.2. The author guarantees that the review was created by them personally and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
8. Liability
8.1. The author of a review is responsible for its content.
8.2. If any claims are brought against the Operator in connection with the content of a review, the author shall resolve them independently and compensate the Operator for any resulting losses.
